6. Booking An Appointment, Refunds, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

At FR Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We require new and existing clients interested in new treatments to book an evaluation consultation to align expectations and provide a detailed quote. The amount paid for the consultation will be credited to any service booked.

Refunds Policy: Refunds for services are available if cancellation is made within 24 hours before the scheduled service. After this period, no refunds will be provided except at our sole discretion in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a no-show fee (full-service charge) or/and forfeiture of any prepayments made.

Late Arrivals: We have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment. After 15 minutes, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
